Provide correct information when purchasing your ticket. Check all details (name, surname, ID number, date, time, departure and arrival locations, seat number, gender, etc.). The responsibility for any inaccuracies in this information lies with the passenger.
You can obtain the E-invoice of your ticket from e.bilet8.com after the completion of the journey.
Ticket changes can be made up to 6 hours before the departure time. Your ticket can be converted to an open-dated ticket. Cancellation is possible up to 12 hours before the departure time. The validity period of an open-dated ticket is 12 months.
Passengers who are not present inside the vehicle at the departure time are considered to have forfeited their travel rights.
Our Child Passengers
According to the Road Transport Regulation, passengers between the ages of 0 and 12 are considered Child Passengers. According to the Road Transport Regulation, all passengers aged 6 and above must travel in a separate seat.
Passengers aged 0 to 5 can travel for free depending on the availability of the vehicle. For passengers aged 5 to 10, a 50% discount is applied.

Our Disabled Passengers
According to the Road Transport regulations, passengers who can document a disability of at least 40% are eligible for a 30% discounted ticket fare, as determined by the Ministry of Transport’s tariff.
